Report An Absence

Excusing An Absence
When your student must be absent, the parent/guardian must report the absence to your school's Attendance Clerk (contact info below) with the following information:

1. Student's first and last name
2. School name
3. Grade level (include the teacher's name for elementary students)
4. Reason for absence
5. Date(s) of absence
6. Name of parent/guardian reporting absence
7. Contact info for the person reporting the absence
