Veronica Rodriguez serves as the Chief People Officer and Assistant Superintendent of Da Vinci Schools, where she oversees all aspects of human resources, staff wellness, and strategic initiatives focused on building, supporting, and retaining an exceptional team of professionals.
Veronica brings more than 20 years of experience in education, having served as a teacher, assistant principal, principal, and central office leader. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to creating supportive environments where both students and staff can thrive. For the past 10 years, Veronica has also served as an adjunct faculty member in the Educational Administration Program at California State University, Los Angeles, where she helps prepare and support aspiring school leaders.
Veronica holds a B.A. in Child Development and a Master’s degree in Educational Administration. Her professional credentials include a PK–3 Early Childhood Education Specialist Instruction Credential, a Multiple Subjects Teaching Credential, and an Administrative Services Credential. She also holds the Professional in Human Resources – California designation from the HR Certification Institute.
