Robert Allen is a history teacher from Los Angeles. Robert received his B.A. in Economics from UC Santa Cruz and originally pursued a career in banking and finance before settling on his lifelong passion of teaching. After receiving his Teaching Credential at Cal State Dominguez Hills, Robert enjoyed 7 years of teaching courses such as U.S. History, Government, World History and Advanced Placement European History. Robert considers himself a lifelong learner, and enjoys reading history books, following world events, and debating most controversial topics. Outside of academic life, Robert enjoys volleyball, rock climbing, hiking, and playing with his daughter.
