Nydia Ochoa joined the Da Vinci Connect TK-8 community in 2021 as a School Counselor and is thrilled to now serve as Assistant Principal. She earned a B.A. in Child and Adolescent Development and M.S. in Counseling from California State University, Northridge, before completing a master’s degree in School Leadership at California State University, Dominguez Hills.
Nydia is passionate about partnering with students, families, and staff to ensure every child feels seen, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential. Outside of school, Nydia enjoys spending time with her family, listening to music, starting new DIY projects she’ll never finish, and making new memories with her daughters.
