Tim Regalado

Dr. Tim Regalado is the director of Da Vinci Flex, a hybrid independent study program serving high school students who require a more flexible school experience. Tim joined the Da Vinci team in 2019 following his time teaching in Albuquerque, NM and Fort Stewart, Georgia. His background is in Special Education and has worked in various roles across the K-12 setting, including resource teacher, behavior specialist, and instructional coach. Prior to beginning his career as a teacher, Tim attended the University of New Mexico for both his Undergraduate and Master’s degrees, where he studied History, Philosophy, and Special Education. In 2023, Tim graduated from the University of Southern California, where he received a Doctorate in Educational Leadership. Outside of school, Tim has a wide variety of interests that include everything from sports and motorcycles to cooking and art; he is likely to be found reading a book, training in Jiu Jitsu, or spending time with his wife, Jessica.
