Tiffany Edwards was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. For undergraduate studies she attended Prairie View A&M University located in Prairie View, Texas, where she earned a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Special Education and minored in Sociology. After completing her first year of teaching in Texas she returned home to continue her teaching career in Los Angeles. Following her undergraduate studies Tiffany served in the military where she learned about leadership, commitment, teamwork, and perseverance. After teaching for a while she earned a Master’s Degree in School Leadership at Dominguez Hills University where she completed her Field-Based Project on incorporating technology into the classroom. As an Education Specialist and School Leader, Tiffany has demonstrated capabilities in collaborating with all stakeholders to ensure that the instructional strategies and best practices that will provide students with universal access to Common Core curriculum are utilized. Tiffany is committed to using expertise of accommodating different learning styles and ability levels, differentiating instruction, maintaining and analyzing assessment data, and utilizing technology to prepare students for future leadership globally, in the community, and in the technological world. Outside of work Tiffany enjoys hiking, meditating, traveling, and spending time with her dog.
