Kelly Ann Sassone loves being part of the Da Vinci Family. A native of San Diego, she moved to Los Angeles in 2008 to help open a new charter school. She has been teaching since 2005 (teaching kindergarten through sixth grade) and still wakes up each morning feeling as though she is one of the lucky ones who gets to do what she loves every day. Kelly Ann earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Studies and California Teaching Credential from San Diego State University. She earned her Administrative Credential and Masters in Educational Administration from CSUDH’s Charter and Autonomous School Leadership Academy (CASLA). Most importantly, she became a mommy in April of 2017 and loves going home to her husband, daughter, and pup every day.
“The purpose of life is to discover your gift. The work of life is to develop it. The meaning of life is to give your gift away.” — David Viscott
