Jennifer Hawn serves as the Chief Operating Officer/Deputy Superintendent, assisting in all areas in support of the CEO/Superintendent. Prior to joining Da Vinci, Jennifer served as an assistant superintendent of human resources, a chief academic officer, a high school principal, and as a high school English teacher.
Jennifer has also served as adjunct faculty at Pepperdine University’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology and has served on several nonprofit Boards, including Good Entertainment and Portal Schools. Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Arizona State University and a Doctorate in Education from the University of Southern California. Jennifer’s current areas of focus include the launch of innovative schools to offer new learning pathways that blend TK-12, college and career. Championing all learners, with a track record of service to historically under-served communities, Jennifer is skilled in the development of partnerships to allow a diverse student community increased access to college, career and a life well-lived.
